     这是一款来自法国波尔多(Bordeaux)波美侯(Pomerol)产区的红葡萄酒，由梅洛(Merlot)和品丽珠(Cabernet Franc)混酿而成。该酒获得《葡萄酒倡导家》(Wine Advocate)94-96分、《葡萄酒观察家》(Wine Spectator)91-94分、詹姆斯·萨克林 (James Suckling)97-98分以及李志延 (Jeannie Cho Lee)93分的评价。

     这款2015年份的嘉仙酒庄(Chateau Gazin)红葡萄酒芳香浓郁，黑樱桃，覆盆子汁和松露等香气层层交织。这款酒陈年后更加热情性感。十年前桶边试饮时，这款酒不时给人以尚未成熟之感，现在丝毫没有这种感觉。这款酒酒体中等，带有多汁的黑色水果风味。这款结构精良，充满阳刚之气的嘉仙酒庄红葡萄酒带有大量紧致、平衡而充沛的多层香气，散发着些许烟草和黑色水果气息。这款酒余味中带有盐味，是尼古拉斯·柏力库尔(Nicolas de Bailliencourt)与其团队共同打造的完美酒款。不要忽视这款波美侯葡萄酒，它是展现2015年份微妙口感的酒款之一，相信经过橡木桶的陈年之后，这款酒会有更好的表现。

     The 2015 Gazin has a perfumed bouquet with layers of black cherry, raspberry coulis and truffle scents, more welcoming and sensual than the wines a decade ago from barrel when they intermittently felt under-ripe. There is none of that here for sure. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit on the entry. There is excellent structure here, a masculine Gazin with plenty of grip, counterbalanced by abundant tertiary, tobacco-tinged black fruit. There is real salinity towards the finish, completing a superb wine by Nicolas de Bailliencourt and his team. Do not overlook this Pomerol. It is one of the subtler expressions of the 2015 vintage and one that I am sure will develop beautifully in cask.

     (WS, Wine Spectator)

     这款葡萄酒成熟、圆润、口感诱人，以红甘草的风味为架构，李子酱和樱桃蜜饯的风味为主导。余味中夹杂着些许桤木的气息，还未融合橡木气息，但拥有发展为一款坚实波美侯葡萄酒的各种元素。

     Ripe, rounded and inviting in feel, with a red licorice frame around a core of plum sauce and cherry preserves. A touch of alder peeks out on the finish, as this has yet to digest the oak, but the pieces are in place for a rock-solid Pomerol.

     (James Suckling)

     这款浓稠强劲的嘉仙葡萄酒(Gazin)散发着充沛的水果香气，颇具张力。酒体饱满，单宁顺滑有活力，余味美妙。这是一款口感丰富的葡萄酒，是嘉仙酒庄出品的最好酒款之一。

     A dense and powerful Gazin with so much fruit and tension to the wine. Full body, velvety yet lively tannins and a very flavorful finish. So much generosity here. One of the best Gazins ever.

     (Jeannie Cho Lee)

     这款酒口感均衡优雅，颇为集中，风味精细，富有层次，香料味突出，风味复杂，带有月桂叶、李子、绿茶叶以及浓缩黑醋栗汁的滋味。经陈年后，这款动人的酒会有更好的表现。

     Balanced, elegant and quite focused in this vintage. The flavors are delicate, layered and quite spicy and complex - find bay leaf, plums, green tea leaves and cassis. A lovely wine that should age beautifully.

    

    

     嘉仙酒庄(Chateau Gazin)地处法国波尔多右岸的波美侯产区，是波美侯最大的酒庄之一。如今，嘉仙酒庄由尼古拉斯·百莲阁及其兄弟姐妹管理。同时，嘉仙酒庄还是名酒联盟(Union des Grands Crus )的会员以及波尔多葡萄酒协会(Academie du Vin de Bordeaux)的成员。

     嘉仙酒庄正牌葡萄酒的产量为8,000箱/年。其副牌酒l'Hospitalet de Gazin于1986年创建。嘉仙酒庄出产的葡萄酒是波美侯产区很有代表性的葡萄酒。它优雅而清澈，迷人而魅惑，其酒液呈紫红或石榴红的美丽色泽，融合了黑色或红色果实的香味，同时，还散发出李子、巧克力、咖啡或甘草、杏仁、烤面包、烟草或薄荷的芳香。嘉仙酒庄葡萄酒具有很好的陈年潜力。经过几年甚至15年、20年甚至更长时间的陈放，口感会更佳。
