     本项目有着艺术品展出和售楼的双重功能需求，如何打造一个“艺术馆里的售楼处”是我们设计的切入点。我们希望藉由良好的艺术氛围来提升售楼处的空间内涵，给项目注入丰富的人文素养和艺术感染力，从而提升项目的整体品质，营造出符合项目发展需求的全新形象。

     This project has a work of art exhibition and sales of dual functional requirements, how to build a "Art Museum" in the sales office is the point of our design. We hope that through good artistic atmosphere to enhance the sales offices of the connotation of space, to project into the rich humanistic and artistic appeal, so as to enhance the overall quality of the project, creating a with a new image of the development needs of the project.

    

    

     在大的空间区域中，用多样化的艺术品陈列柜进行二次空间细分，无论处于任何区域均可体验到置身艺术品鉴赏空间的氛围。镂空柜体与白色实墙相互映衬，视觉效果丰富多变，淡化了空间的限定，从而促进了人与空间的对话。陈列柜以深色木质的柔和色调和经过简化提炼的中式传统家具形态凸显出色彩丰富的艺术品。 一层会馆入口的双层挑空区域，以毛笔和泼墨画传递出灵动淡雅的书画意境，巨大的体量也使这组装置具有了戏剧性的装饰效果，成为会馆一个重要的记忆点。

     In the large space, with a variety of art display cabinets for the two space subdivision, whether in any region can experience the atmosphere of exposure to art appreciation space. Hollow body and solid white wall silhouetted against each other, visual effect is rich and changeful, played down the limited space, so as to promote the dialogue between man and space. Display cabinets with a dark wood of the soft color and simplified extraction of Chinese traditional furniture shape highlights the rich color of art. A layer of hall entrance double pick empty region, with brush and ink paintings convey smart and elegant calligraphy and painting artistic conception, huge volume also make the device with a dramatic decorative effects, become hall a important point in memory.

    

    

     二层接待台和一层贵宾茶座的天花装置，采用了传统青花瓷的色彩绘制工笔白描植物图案，为功能性的设备赋予典雅而精致的气韵。 经过简化提炼的中式木格元素在空间中重复使用，作为空间界定、视线引导、加深记忆的重要道具，并呈现出多变的光影效果。 家具的形体和材质均经过精心的选择。木制家具的线条轻盈简洁，造型呈现出比较刚性的形态，但同时追求丰盈的木质纹理、自然的触觉和柔和的漆面光泽；布艺家具体量敦实，但造型则柔美圆润，部分辅以细致的图案点缀。设计师希望通过家具形式的选择，传递出东方传统所追求的刚柔并济的哲学思维。家具色彩则根据各自所处空间，讲究与界面装饰、陈设品的搭配和呼应，一起构建起一个完整缜密的空间气场，在营造沉稳静逸的氛围的同时，坚定的表达现代东方的美学态度。

The designers hope that through the choice of the form of furniture, convey philosophical thinking by the pursuit of Oriental traditional hard and soft. Furniture color is according to their space, pay attention to and interface decoration and furnishings of the mix and echo together to build up a complete rigorous space aura, in create a calm tranquil atmosphere at the same time, the firm expression of modern oriental aesthetic attitude.
