     设计师充分发挥项目的地理优势，配以现代设计手法、优雅细腻的空间布局，在一片咖啡色调中，演绎低调雅致的意式奢华，令这面积逾700平方米的大宅彰显极致尊贵的格调，为户主呈现一个品质卓绝的至尊居所。

     偌大的客厅内，摆放着一系列国际品牌家具，在大理石背景墙和真火壁炉的映衬下，尽显低调奢华。蓝色与咖啡色渐变的定制地毯饰有富节奏感的条形图案，与客厅一隅的三角钢琴交相呼应，配合舒适优雅的休闲沙发及扶手椅，加上清新别致的景观阳台，营造惬意悠然的气氛。

     Large living room, with a series of international brand furniture, setting wall and true fire fireplace in marble, all show low-key luxury.      早餐区以玻璃隔断分隔，并配备十人座餐桌。开放式西厨则选用Armani/Dada的品牌橱柜，配合恒温红酒窖及设施完善的中厨，让户主轻松享受弄厨之乐。独立的中餐厅内，一盏错落有致的环形吊灯自天花徐徐垂下，衬托着圆形的大餐桌，缀上一幅意式风情挂画，洋溢一派精致优雅。

     Breakfast area to glass partition to separate, and equipped with ten tables. Open west kitchen choose brand ambry of Armani/Dada, with constant temperature red wine cellar and facilities of hutch, allow householders easily enjoy make kitchen.      毗邻的多功能室既可连通餐厅，便于交流；亦可闭合独立，静享私人时光。电视背景墙饰以富质感的格纹扪布，陪衬蓝色调的块毯及L型沙发，打造简约雅致的空间氛围。过厅一侧还设有棋牌室，为户主提供丰富的娱乐功能。
