所用食材
主料:莲藕1个、红枣8颗
辅料:冰糖50克、红糖适量、糖桂花少许
具体做法1提前把糯米洗净,浸泡1小时以上

2买回的大莲藕洗净,去皮

3一般莲藕就切开一头,可以稍微切的斜点,便于后面塞糯米,我的莲藕实在太大,锅里放不下,无奈之举,只能对半切开

4把浸泡好的糯米填入练藕的小孔里,用筷子稍微搓搓紧,但是不用太紧,因为糯米加热后会膨胀的,如果是切一头的,那就用牙签把另一头固定好,我是没办法只能敞开了煮了

5把莲藕放入电饭煲中,加入适量清水,最好水要把莲藕淹没,加几颗红枣
