     工作职责

     An internship with XIO Group in Shanghai is designed to provide interns with real insight into the day-to-day role of global private equity professionals. Our team looks for interns who can demonstrate strong analytical skills, outstanding work attitude and genuine interest for investment. Interns are expected to support XIO Group’s team professionals on both industry research and deal execution assignments. XIO Group’s unique platform provides interns with excellent global private equity exposure.

     Internship cycles typically last for a minimum of three months or longer and can be extended. Interns are expected to work full-time throughout the internship.

     Internship candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:

     Prior work experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking is strongly preferred

     Self-motivated and able to work in a highly dynamic environment

     Excellent communication skills

     Excellent oral and written English and Chinese

     Experience and exposure to an international working or academic environment is valued

     Background in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required

     Excellent academic track record

     Research Analyst

     工作职责

     Sector Research

     - Complete 1-2 Cleantech sector research every year

     - Coordinate internal sector research and result sharing activities

     - Assist in writing Tsing Capital's annual Cleantech whitepaper

     - Assist in presentation of Tsing Capital's investment and fundraising strategies

     2. Communications

     - Prepare materials for Tsing Capital's external communication, including news, promotional articles, speech at conferences, and other communication materials with LPs, deal companies and portfolio companies

     - Organize industry workshops, and assist in preparing annual LP meeting and other forums

     - Engage industry network, including universities, industry associations, research institutions, think tanks, etc.

     3. Knowledge management and sharing

     - Identify and bring efficient KM platform and tools to investment team

     - Scout and summarize information of relevant conferences and events

     - Keep track of industry updates and share with investment team

     岗位要求

     Bachelor’s degree or higher from top universities in Science and Engineering, oversea experience a plus

     1-3 years in equity research, consulting or corporate strategic and market research functions

     Proven analytical skills, structured and critical thinking capabilities

     Excellent writing and ppt skills in English and Mandarin

     Commitment in Sustainability preferred

     Work effectively both in a team and independently

     工作要求

     专注对宏观经济和新兴行业发展趋势的研究，通过访谈及数据资料的收集，构建分析框架，进行深入分析，并形成报告向负责人汇报；

     协助投资经理搜集项目相关资料、尽职调查、风险评估分析等工作，撰写项目可行性分析报告或投资建议书等文件；

     做好数据信息的采集与归档工作；

     协助投资经理的投后管理工作。

     岗位要求

     金融、经济、投资或研究领域相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，有1年以上投资或行业研究经验；

     逻辑清晰，思路敏捷，学习能力强，具备较好的独立研究能力，良好的数据信息分析能力，敏锐的洞察力和沟通表达能力；

     性格乐观，开朗，拥有积极主动的工作态度及强烈的事业进取心，对金融行业有浓厚的兴趣，有志于将所学专业知识结合到金融行业；

     良好的团队精神，能适应出差及加班；
